After successful service of over 48 years at old city extending our services in another part of the city at tolichowki , tolichowki is a vast and thickly populated locality of multicultural plural society there is no non-commercial hospitals available in the locality to serve the patients of middle class and below poverty line in view of this situation. Islamic social service society decided to establish a non commercial hospital.

Alhamdulillah the construction work was started in 2016 In an open plot of area 2050 square yards covering 10,625 square feet and completed slabs of the basements, level 1 to level 5 at the present the construction work has been slowed down due to the shortage of funds. therefore we are approaching to the ever helping people of our society with a request to extend their helping hand to accomplish this esteem project.

On 22 of February 2022 inauguration of MG HOSPITAL & Dialysis Center, Tarnaka took place. The function was presided by Janab Hamed Mohammed Khan, President Islamic Social Service Society.

Shri.T. Padma Rao Goud Honourable Deputy Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly was the Chief Guest. Shaik Iqbal Saheb (Premise Donor) was and Guest of Honour and Mohammed Rashaduddin Secretary Islamic Social Service Society graced the occasion.

This hospital will be run on a No Profit No Loss basis. To serve the necessitous people of the society. This project is supported by HHRD.

On 27.06.2021, The Oxygen Theraphy Center which was serving the covid-19 patients during the second wave was converted to Muslim General Hospital. Presently it has 80 beds, a new Operation Theatre, Gynecology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Cardiology Diabetology, Orthopedic & General Surgery. Pathology, Radiology, x-ray, 24 hrs Pharmacy & Lab.

On 07/05/2021, Oxygen Therapy Center was launched. It served more than 200 covid-19 patients during the pandemic. Later the same was converted to full fledged Hospital.
